I keep getting these calls from mobile numbers which have the same first few digits as my own, I never answer them, but they must be dangerous.

This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court.
