Received text saying as T-Mobile contract is due for renewal to call this number for new handset and loyalty bonus . Seems unlikely as T-Mobile have a dedicated number for all contact (150) . Believe this to be just a phone seller who ve managed to buy a database of phone renewal dates - unlikely to get any business from me .

Caller initially claimed to be calling from the University of Sussex, asking me to undertake an online research survey. Then they wanted our email address, and I enquired why was that necessary if the survey was online - all they needed to do was provide me with the web address. The caller later later confirmed they were an independent market research company , and continued to ask for my email address. Of course, I never provided it.
