Receiving constant harassment from these people. if you ignore the phone they will constantly ring for 10-15 minutes, I have had a letter threatening doorstep collectors. All for a measly £28 in which I have already said that I will pay eBay at the end of the month. Don;t fall for scare tactics from these people. If you have money outstanding from eBay then deal with eBay not this company.
Called me to try get my business on top pages of google for certain searches... 17 mins later he got off the phone after politly saying no thanks for a number of times!
Talks a lot, and if you call back, call on a witheld number as they can see your number when you call then back to see who it was/ how you can help etc!!
This was the usual HMRC scam with an American voice threatening me with all kinds of legal sanctions. The call came and interrupted an important Zoom call I was involved in. The perpetrators should be hunted down and have the book thrown at them. That’s putting it politely.
A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. This company however claim I owe £50?! For selling a few dresses online are you kidding. Won t see penny one from me you slag.
Said was from TPS. Sounded like calling from India but said he was in Maidenhead (couldn t pronounce it...). Sounded dodgy, asking me if I was "still receiving nuisance calls and that he could block them" - and he eventually gave up the call.
Two calls (recorded messages) from this number today, both went to recorder. One message was from a female and the other from a male, both with English accents. The message was the same - HMRC calling to inform me that a law suit and criminal proceedings were being raised against me and that I should press key 1 to speak with my case officer. This is a bogus call do not respond.
