This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This is British Gas, I cancelled the Homecare they have been trying to call on another 0800 number for weeks.I do not need their services any more so I will report this to ICO and I will send e mail to British Gas to tell them . Only ways to be rid of them they just continue to cold call lasts forever .
