I was called on my mobile just now about claims and loans. I have never had and never will have a loan. I have also been getting several phone calls a day on my ex-directory phone number around tea time from an indian man recently asking me and my mum about claiming money back. We are not due any money and will not hand out our bank details and are sick of these calls.

Answered my work phone as normal with a greeting. There was dead air for about 10-15 secs then a guy calling himself Josh (had an accent) said that he was from Tech Help Line. He hadn t heard my greeting so did not know that it was a business. These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake.
