Of course I have not anything better to do!!!I keep on asking for them to remove from their listing of telephone. The agents are quite rude or arrogant.

i called vanquis as i have been diagnosed with a life limiting illness and asked to activate my payment plan for illness as i reduced my hours although it hasnt been done.the lovely lady i spoke to told me to hang up on her collegues as they are instructed to chase you till the end of time even asking you to borrow elsewere to pay them. idiots
