Called at 9.56am. When answered there is no one there just an open line. This is not the first time and is beginning to become a real pain.

Just had a call from someone named John??? Didn t sound like a John more like Abdul. Told me I was with talk talk ( I m not) and said I had a lot of problems wit my internet and that I should go to my computer and he will sort it for me. Told him he was talking bxxxxxs and to bigger off.

Called claiming I had been in an accident and I could make a claim. Had my name and my neighbours address (one away from mine). When I asked how he got my number he told me it was on a list, when I asked how he got the list he hung up. Number does not connect when I call back.

Answered the phone and just silence on the other end. No idea what's going on

She said she was from Microsoft and it was in regards to my computer, i told her i didnt have one, which i do, and she said "well its about your laptop then" ... told her i didnt have a laptop and she then repeated herself again, once again told her i didnt have a computer or laptop then screamed down the phone "YOU RE A F****** LIAR!" then went silent on the phone. Think its fair to say she needs to work on her sales pitch.
