Had a call from 023 8187 2648. A man with strong Pakistani accent spoke so badly that I couldn't understand him at all. When I asked him about where he got my phone number from he answered "that's ok". I replied that it wasn't ok, but he ignored and continued to speak a very bad English. I just put my phone down and blocked that number.
