Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435687xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?

Scam call. Pause before it connects to a badly recorded message. I didn t bother to listen, disconnected and called back and of course it does not accept calls - scam.
This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for.
