They fraud my bank account by the western union. They called me and said they are from the Talk Talk, and I have a problem with the router and they deducted 214 pounds from my bank account. This is a criminal!!!!!!

For goodness sake, Microsoft, do your users a favour and start warning them about computer scammers through Windows Update. Until you do, users will assume that you could not give a damn about this widely reported scam by conmen pretending to work for your company.

PHONED TWICE, I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM, TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR INTERNET, AS SOON AS I ASKED WHO THEY WORKED FOR THEY HUNG UP.
SCAM - claiming that a transaction from outside the UK had been identified on my account and that they wanted to verify the transaction. No such activity on my accounts and no other channel of communication from my bank.
