Ringing them back leads to endless auto prompts- none of which offer Don t phone any more - its all about sales. So never use the on line quotation form- prices grossly excessive and they won t give up harassing you once they have your number. They always cut off as soon as they hear an answer phone.

You go on line for a quote they give you a really silly price then try and ring you on the basis they can adjust it to a lower price to suit your needs. I thought this kind of agressive approach died years ago.

Applied to the URL and completed online form; received a quote for ?1000/yr which is excessive and I will not use. Now being called by 0118-971-9700 daily But have blocked that number on my phone.
