asked if I was being pestered by unwanted calls and said they could send me a plug in to stop unwanted calls. Told them I was not the landline owner so they hung up!

...I do not remember calling this number or answering it. 49 minutes would have been the longest call of the year and I would have remembered. Fraud or scam, I have definitely been ripped off.
