A telemarketer from a reputed bank. I do not know whether the disclosures that have been made are correct, but that is untrustworthy proceed.
This number plus no id, called twice each on sat night. Didn’t pick it up as I didn’t recognise the number!
A phone call and when I answered it was all quiet then hanged up.
Called a few times and left no message. Do not bother to ring back obviously not to be trusted

Voice call reporting to be VISA and asked to press 1, put through to operator who when I asked who was representing said, "F*** you" then hung up.
