Very suspicious, automated voice call basically telling me I'm in trouble with HMRC and to call the number they've rung from immediately. Strange that the message was with an American accent - yeah pull the other one!
Claims to be selling solar panels, but when questioned about how they procured the telephone number, promptly hung up. Most likely a scammer

SCAM This number called in response to an online chat about my printer not connecting to Internet, callers name was Dave!, he didn't sound like a Dave.
