Telemarketing Cold caller, definitely in the wrong job. Actually rang back to swear and threaten after I had told him to go away. Totally regret I was actually bored but polite when answering his call. This site says UK but was foreign with definite problems handling his English .

SCAM I didn't recognise the number so didn't lift the handset. Half a message was left at 10.27 a.m. The beginning was missing, and the message went on, "However, your internet and 'phone connection will be getting disconnected if this won't be fixed. Press 1 to speak with our Executive and get it fixed." HOW DARE THEY? This is OUTRAGEOUS. I recognised it as a scam, but what about all the innocents out there who pressed 1?
SCAM Automated message saying from the National Crime agency, stated that my telephone number is being used in something dodgy and I must press 1 to sort it out, or I could be arressted. Do not press anything as the National Crime Agency would not contact like this and certainly not using a local number.
Same call apparently from the Co-op fraud department. I listened for a while then hung up as was asking personal questions. Not a real person, automated female voice.

Recorded message received today stating that unauthorised payment of £500 taken from my debit card and sent abroad. Options given to press 1 if I knew about the transaction and to press 2 if I didn't. Ended the call without pressing any option. This njumber needs to be reported immediately and the number investigated.
called me saying from Amazon Customer services. Said some one has used my account to spend over £1000 and if I wanted a refund I needed to log in to my device for him to direct me to cancel the order. But refused to give me the website I needed to go in with out him on the phone. Said it is a special unit so I can't access through the normal website

I think this is a scam. It sent a text message that purported to come from Halifax Bank saying that my device had been registered for online banking and asking me to click on the link if it was not me. I think it was phishing.

Phone rings then they hang up when you answer. They have a string of mobiles on vectone mobile UK, same location in northwest.
I don't know who called as it only rang a a few times, but they then immediately called my mobile and the called was labelled "suspected spam". I didn't answer and blocked number on both home and mobile phones.
