Direct Mobiles calling to discuss mobile upgrades, left two voicemails previously but just rang this time

This was from a community nurse, calling to check on a product the NHS provide me with. I have never seen this before so panicked but it is just the NHS so will know in future. My GP always comes up with the surgery number and my other health professionals come up blocked, then I allow voicemail to kick in and ring them back. I wish they all used a number like this, then you would know to trust it or not!
