I ve had several phone calls from this number over the last few weeks. Indian man, tries to get you to confirm your name and address, your postcode, age etc which I have always refused. Then asks about the brand of washing machine you are using, Is it Hotpoint, is it Indesit etc, trying to lead you into saying "YES". call to discuss car insurance. Left 5 missed calls. I would suggest that excessive in 1 hour therefore wont be dealing with them.
Sounded like a computer generated call and when connected it sounded like a callcentre with background voices. they then hung up
Asked for Mrs Cragg (not known at this address ever - we are first occupants). Said they were from microsoft and needed to help. When I said no-one of that name here, got flustered and hung up. Tried calling number back but won t go through.

Caller insisted on knowing if I have been in a car crash and when it was. Failed to provide proof of identification, beyond the details given. Failed to explain who Gotham UK are.
Almost caught out by the Hi Vis Vests scam. He paid £2360 into bank with cheque and then told us he had overpaid by £2000. Doesn t appear on Companies House. Smelt a rat so informed bank. Will just wait now for the cheque to bounce.

Found a sticker marked "Privileged Customer Telephone Hotline - 0870 2410939" on the inside of a piece of vintage/collectable furniture. I was curious about the history of this furniture
