Frequent caller, no response when answered. Recorded message stating that the number dialed is not recognised. Definitely suspicious, probably selling.

Fraud. An automated message claimed I had a fraud investigation on my tax return......then I hung up
When I asked who was calling,what company.. ? I was told by caller to f*ck off. and than he ended call..
SCAM Automated call received from 020 8834 7153 saying I was being investigated for financial fraud and that an arrest warrant was out on my name - to find out more press 1... Can see how someone would be scared of that! But a load of (dangerous) rubbish.
