Caller said she was from Virgin Media and she could fix the internet problems that she had detected. I don't have any Virgin services but I was curious. She asked what colour lights were on the router and I said there were no lights. Eventually she called me a bastard and hung up.
When this number called me I heard an automated voice - something to do with my National Insurance Number; it sounded like a scam to me.
