Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Sounded like it was from a call centre about PPI, aggressive caller wouldn't say where he got my number.
Woman phoned asking if I was Miss (my girlfriend s name) I m not the butchest of guys but I don t sound like a woman.... Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. When I asked who it was from, she mumbled something about PPI at which point I put the phone down.
