Called to tell me that there is been over thousand pounds transaction on my account today, and I should ring in to stop the transaction if I have not authorized the transaction. I checked with my bank who have told me there's been no such transaction. Clearly a scam call.

Caller said they were from "Microsoft Corporation". They asked for information about my computer, telling me that they knew there was a problem. I kept them talking by asking questions. The caller got angrier and told me that they would be "seeing me tomorrow" before ringing off.

But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Had a call from this number 10:52 this morning (29/04/23) all that came through was a buzzing sound so I hung up straight away. Figuring it's a spam call.
Caller from this number stated that hmrc were giving back tax paid on ppi claims. I was due over £6000! Proceeded to ask me help to fill R40 form, my date of birth and then my national insurance number. At that point I asked her to send me the form as I didn't want to give my details. I think this could be a scam.
