Had a call from this number 11 Oct 16. Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer it. Obviously a scam of some sort. Always seem to be getting them but choose not...

Legitimate company who manage rental agreements of PCs etc. possibly purchased from PC world

Trying to pretend that he is going to do something about my pension and I need to give information for him to do so. Yeh right!

Young man with local accent. Trying to get details of packaged bank account and offering refunds for "PPA". Told him I m perfectly able to deal with my bank without involving 3rd party. Told him to hang up. Number now blocked.

Thanks to all for the earlier comments - I ve just found out that these people have been hassling my 14 year old daughter. One for the Police I think.

Claims he is calling from a company called Assist Co, government backed, claiming that he can make me "debt free". When I asked how didn t he know that I may already be debt free, he said this is why he was calling! Told him I wasn t interested and added this number to my rejected calls list. Asked his where he got my details from, just kept on repeating that he was government backed. Cannot find any info relating to Assist Co on Google

I also get lots of calls from this number. I asked the nature of the company and why they are calling me for. The chap normally gets very aggressive repeating to me over and over that I am owed PPI from my bank. I just kept asking the nature of the call and what the name of his company. He did not like this one bit explaining, he wanted needed to confirm my postal details, and the person he was talking to. The man said he was calling from the Telephone Preference Company and tried to convince me he was a genuine caller.

Call stated that a case was registered against me with HmrC and I would be arrested if I didnt press 1.
