The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Received a call asking about my car accident - which of course I hadn t had. When I asked who told them I have been in an accident the weary sounding woman just said they would remove my details and rang off. Interesting that if you try to call them on this number it appears not to exist.

Have just had similar calls saying I would receive hundreds of calls. Confirmed name and postcode but when started on expiry date of card put phone down . Lady with Indian accent.

Cold call. When I asked where they got my name & number was told "It s on our database". When I repeated the question caller hung up.

I was called from this number, I didn't answer, it didn't ring for long, suspect scam as I don't have any contacts in Birmingham area

Left voicemail twice saying from MHRC and was filing law suit. I called back and asked who they were, said his name was Olivier and was case officer at HMRC. Asked him where he was calling from, he said 100 Parliament Street, London. I said I doubted that. He said f**k off motherf**ker and hung up!

Many repeated automated messages of low quality, on my work phone, asking to call this number. I have had no dealings with the company in the past, and have no debts. Spam at the least, possibly a scam.

Had a call from 02392505456. A man told me that he wants to speak about my vodaphone contract in order to see if i use the best tarif. But i bet this was a lie, they just want to fish information. Dont believe them!
