Fraud. Said I had two pending transactions on my Lloyds account, asking for personal details before I ended the call. Confirmed with Lloyds there were no problems or pending transactions on my account.

Called to tell me that there is been over thousand pounds transaction on my account today, and I should ring in to stop the transaction if I have not authorized the transaction. I checked with my bank who have told me there's been no such transaction. Clearly a scam call.
SCAM, the claimed to be from HMRC to arrange for an additional payment due to outstanding tax payments. They hang up when I asked them to authenticate themselves.

Did not pursue the call but she effectively wanted me to complete a form over the phone and unwilling to send details in the post or elaborate on any information they hold about me.
