Purports to come from Talktalk. Recorded message from Shirley saying that they are going to cut off my internet as my IP address has been compromised.
Called every day now from a number beginning 0208 xxxxxx. This number 0208 275 4022 today. So many scam calls now I let every call go to the answerphone and just use the mobile, this is so persistent that I called back from mobile. There was no connection, tried the other niumbers beginning 0208 received in the last 7 days - BT recording saying numbers unrecognised, Have no idea if this is a scammer or genuine - but if its genuine they are doing a poor job as you cant call back.

These cold callers are annoying. If its not PPi, or accident, or people trying to sell you fake goods, its money making scum trying to scam you. They lead you to believe that they are calling for feedback on your order. They do not state that this is a sales call regarding extended warranty - which is exactly what they are doing. They make it seem that it is a fee-free service being offered and only mention the cost at the end. They offered me a warranty on 3 appliances for ?200 pounds a year but phrase it as this is only ?1.50 for your appliance. Very dubious sales tactics. I would not be remotely interested.

Some automated voice claiming I have a fraud case un my name and if I didnt press 1 now I would be arrested shortly after.

Got a text Pretending there from PAYPAL and telling Me my account had been suspended. And asking Me to click a link . Obviously I didn’t. I went on the internet to PayPals legitimate site and my account is fine there’s no suspension on it at all . So be careful of this number and don’t click on any links or give any details out

Called saying they were my energy supplier and wanted me to renew on the telephone. They are not an energy company and are trying scare tactics with the current situation regarding the energy crisis. Ignore, delete, do not give them any of your information, do not agree to anything. They record your calls also so be careful.
They are a company called A Shade Greener - solar panels company as a result of a customer service call made a few weeks ago

Received call 13.02.21 from someone claiming to be from BT. Said there had been an issue reported regarding the router and it would be disconnected. Played along for a while to try and get more info. Asked for the name of the manager so I could check the call was genuine. After several attempts they gave a name of Shaun Williams! Caller was foreign. Definitely a scam. BT are not my internet service provider! It is not their router! How would they know if there was a problem with my router! Reported to BT
Stated they are British gas, they are not, very broken English. Saying meter expired and need reading and contract needed renewing, which neither were true.
