Some automated voice claiming I have a fraud case un my name and if I didnt press 1 now I would be arrested shortly after.

I was called this morning by a lady saying that she is from the pension office. She asked whether I had private pensions and whether it would be possible that somebody would see me face to face to go through my private pensions. I asked her to write me an email, however she said they would not work like this. By this time I thanked her and said good bye. Not serious at all! accident claims scammers; this number appears with a host of other 0114 and 0113 numbers all owned by Fuse 2 Communications Ltd - as the registered owner, they can take action to stop this calls but have been very reluctant to do so; really disappointing.

Lydia from UK Legal claimed she had my details from the road traffic accident database and that I had been in an RTA on 28/02/2014. She supplied her number for return calls as 0800 743 872 but called from the number stated above.

unhelpful, rude, annoying, unsolicited calls to number(s) already registered with TPS (I ve escalated a formal complaint via TPS). When I returned the call, I too got the answering machine "this number can t take incoming calls" so called them on 0800 069 9303. they confirmed that they re Debt Masters Direct but wouldn t tell me how they got my number or why they were ringing me. I spoke to Harriet Ripley but I don t believe that s her real name, in fact I told it was a made up name and called her "not Ha

These are both premium-rate, non-geographic numbers, and if they have called you, probably spoofed anyway - they tend to be used for TV/radio phone-in competitions.
