Caller claims to be from Openreach Titan telling us we are going to benefit from cheaper rates. When I asked for marketing material to be sent to me instead they went into panic overload! I believe this company to be cold calling with a view to trying to get you switch provider and possibly reduce your call costs.

Text claiming HSBC have flagged my account due to ,unusual payee,, asking me to click on a link to either confirm or cancel that payee request. I don't have a HSBC account. CAUTION to those of you who do.

cold calling - trying to sell services for business rates reduction - lady was very pushy, rude, would not listen when I said that we were not interested. I asked where she got our number/details she said from a large database they bought. I asked her to remove our details and not call us in the future, she continued to talk over me until I hung up.

Goodness knows what would have happened if I had pressed either number. I logged in to TalkTalk and of course there was no mention of a disconnection.

Wanted me to log in but wouldn't give me website address nor send me an email confirmation. Absolutely certain I would have been asked for my bank details so they could give me 'my money'. Never heard of the company before
