I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors

These are both premium-rate, non-geographic numbers, and if they have called you, probably spoofed anyway - they tend to be used for TV/radio phone-in competitions.

Block the number, ignore these charlatans. They are "injury specialists", the same scoundrels responsible for this preposterous "victim" culture of claiming money if you trip over the kerb. This number rings for two to three consecutive days. Online number search shows Canadian post a package delivery. I do not answer the call. It could be a scam or nuisance call.

unhelpful, rude, annoying, unsolicited calls to number(s) already registered with TPS (I ve escalated a formal complaint via TPS). When I returned the call, I too got the answering machine "this number can t take incoming calls" so called them on 0800 069 9303. they confirmed that they re Debt Masters Direct but wouldn t tell me how they got my number or why they were ringing me.
