I m not sure why people are saying the are scammers pretending to be EE, the number is on their actual site as one of their direct partner numbers. However I still would not recommend picking up as EE broadband has terrible service. My advice is head for the hills and don t look back.

Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! SCAM: 2nd identical call today, but from a 'different' number. Automated female voice saying it was my ‘internet provider’, and I had missed a call from them. (It’s not, and I haven’t because I’m here all the time!) Apparently there’s been some ‘illegal activity’ on my account, and my internet will be disconnected within 24-48 hours. Press 1 to speak to a technician. Utter Tosh.

This number rang on 09/03/23. When I answered, the call just ended. This number rang again on 10/03/23. The caller had a South Asian accent, knew my name and enquired about the car accident I'd had. I responded that this would be the car accident I hadn't had and told him to stop wasting my time. There was a fairly insincere 'apology' that he'd been given the incorrect details.
Bunch of moronic telemarketers trying to sell funeral plans! Told them I don t give a f*** about my remains... I ll be DEAD..won t bother me! Also told them one more call from them and I ll drag them through ofcom!

Spoke to the call guy - free assessment. Will give quote for windows but will not put pressure on to buy. Two phone calls - one confirming visit. After calls, googled the company. Lots of very negative reviews of loss of deposits. Looked at both duedil and companies house and both state they have been ordered to wind up and they are in liquidation.
