non english accented man called Jack (or Kevin, or Peter)says he is from my internet provider. Asked how my internet is running and I said perfectly he thanks me and hangs up - three calls in two days, not all have had such a polite reply from me.

cold calling - trying to sell services for business rates reduction - lady was very pushy, rude, would not listen when I said that we were not interested. I asked where she got our number/details she said from a large database they bought. I asked her to remove our details and not call us in the future, she continued to talk over me until I hung up.

Called 3 times this week so I called them from blocked number they said they were calling due to accident I d been in. I told them i don t own car or even have a licence (which is true) they said not even as a passenger, told them No. They apologised and said they update system. Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.

Caller claims to be from Openreach Titan telling us we are going to benefit from cheaper rates. When I asked for marketing material to be sent to me instead they went into panic overload! I believe this company to be cold calling with a view to trying to get you switch provider and possibly reduce your call costs.
Called today by someone on this number regarding free oil-fired boiler if on benefits - said to be from UK Gas and Power or equivalent ... number didn't exist when I called...
