I blocked this number 01372519728 because I tried to call and find out who was calling. It beeped 3 times and cut off. I believe this is a dangerous scam and so I blocked it.

Obvious scam caller claiming to be from EE (I don't have an EE account). The minute I queried why they had rung they cut off the call.

When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. SCAM Kept 'Morgan' on the line for 12mins while he told me he was from 'Carphone Warehouse Company' and offered an iPhone 13 for £35. He hung up when I asked what city he was in. Number called again a minute later, so I answered with "Hello, Dartford CID"; it hung up!

I rejected his request which he seemed to start getting annoyed and agitated !! THIS SEEMS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SCAM DO NOT REPLY TO THEM .

No ring, no answer, immediately terminateed (not by me) The only possible reason for this nuisance call is to check my number is active, which the operator does not need to do, no one else has a valid reason to. Any legitamate reason to verify a phone number would include verification of the recipient, and that's unlikely because of fraud.

This number has rang me several times I think this the London company that called with man asking are you home owner or rental. Then he asked if flat had any dampness or other problems. There trying to get you to let them report the damage then you would get into trouble with council. They would be threatened with legal action. Next trick is no win no fee. Costing you around £400 if they don't win. They only take cases where they are over 80% chance of win . Scam to get your address and bank .
