rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.

I have my phone blocked for unknown numbers so l didn’t answer the call. It was a gentleman who has called before by the name of Michael. The gentleman had an Indian accent.

Apparently they have information about an accident I haven t had and I should receive up to £40 000 damages. Have you noticed how the legal profession would like us to respect them but they seem powerless to stop some of their members from promoting this kind of s**t?

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them.
