Call about an 'accident' I had in last 2 years. No accident has taken place.
Same story. About a road accident I had but caller was from Liverpool and they used an 01462 area code. Trying to get me to claim for unnecessary whip lash etc, I suspect. Blocked.

This call is made several times a day and if answered says goodbye it rings once then again straight afterwards.
These people rang me on 01782887349 about 6 months after I tried to use them for a quote. The caller could not pronounce my name correctly and I was unable to make out which Insurance Company she represented. She rang off when I used my "old fart" I can t hear you dear, routine. The company was in fact useful in that originally they informed me of "3" YES "3" to blame claims in my name. I now have none and it was a task to get in touch with the CUE Database people, the BBC, journalists and other insurers

Received text from 07413284805 saying "...records indicate you may be entitled to ?3750 for mis-sold insurance" and to text back or call this 0844 number. I ve never taken the insurance - its a scam. I wonder if there is an automated way to respond to their text and overload it... Just a thought.

These calls always follow on from use of Amazon for on-line purchases. This suggests that account activities with Amazon are not properly secure and that scammers monitor recent activity.
Supposed to be from Sky to say problems with my broadband. Voice from downtown Mumbai!! Wanted to know how many devises were being run. Asked me to log into a sight which showed about 6 error messages. Asked me to hold whist I was transferred to someone dealing with my “account”. Then put phone down and switched my lap top off.
