SCAM A guy claiming his name is Sam and working for a company that helps tenants with property damage or something. He didn’t have my name and it was irrelevant to me - clearly a scam.

Was called this morning about 10am was a recorded message, saying we need your authority to pass payment to amazon of £500, and also about a £1000 that needs authorising, the recorded message was crackling and hard to hear all but i just hung up. then did 1471 to see who it was as they made out it was my bank wanting authorisation.
A dangerous fraud / scam call pretending to be from the UK HMRC. Automated American woman's voice telling me legal proceedings are underway against me and I need to press 1 to speak to an officer. For many reasons, that's not how HMRC would operate.

I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.
Received call from this number, call was disengaged when the answering clicked. Returning call does not connect.

Received an email from ' PAYPAL' about a fruadulent activity of £899.99 I contacted the above number and they sent me a 6 digit security number to my mobile and also told me my last 4 digits on my card !!! All seemed very legit..........UNTIL he told me he needed my full card number to put a stop on a further 12 transactions !!! I rejected his request which he seemed to start getting annoyed and agitated !! THIS SEEMS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SCAM DO NOT REPLY TO THEM .

I was called by this number to say someone was trying to purchase 200 on amazon and 700 on ebay. They first said my visa was being used I don't have a visa, then he said it could be a Mastercard? I asked who he was , he said 81 Newgate Street London, but I meant was he from my bank ?, he said he was from barclays , I do not have a barclays account.

SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. Fraud SCAM Got a call from this number, 21/02/2024 at 16:41. Scam caller claiming to be carphone warehouse, which I have no account or dealings with. The people on the other end were talking together unaudibly for at least 30 seconds before some lady spoke through the phone claiming to be carphone warehouse, which she called ‘carphone company’. Hang up and block this number immediately.
I blocked this number 01372519728 because I tried to call and find out who was calling. It beeped 3 times and cut off. I believe this is a dangerous scam and so I blocked it.
