Rang and after one ring it stopped. I suspect this number is being used to ring numbers to identify if they are in use. Every number that it successfully rings at least once is then added to a list to sell to scum bags for dodgy telemarketing purposes. Utter scum. Block it if you can.

If you re complaining about the state of the country but not willing to partake in research to help improve it then stop moaning!! TNS are a genuine company. It seemed to be one of those calls about mis-selling of PPI claims but it was a person rather than an automated call. I didn't listen for long enough to find out.

cold calling - trying to sell services for business rates reduction - lady was very pushy, rude, would not listen when I said that we were not interested. I asked where she got our number/details she said from a large database they bought. I asked her to remove our details and not call us in the future, she continued to talk over me until I hung up.
