They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. I’ve had several calls from this number, he says his name is Chris and he is a local energy supplier, if it’s a Bournemouth number that definitely is not local, I’ve told him I’m not interested in what he has to say or sell but he still keeps calling and harassing me, I’ve just hung up this time, this number is a scam and they legally shouldn’t be able to get away with harassing people especially in their own homes.
