SCAM - Claims to be a Bank fraud department, doesn't say which bank. Received 2nd call about 15 mins after first from different number (0191 4139986) with exactly same message.
The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This number called me on my mobile number twice but they did not leave any voicemail messages.
Very possibly scammers, relating to investments. They had my phone number and name and did not associate with any legal entity even when I hard pressed them to tell me where they are calling from. Very concerning Operator started swearing at me.

I just had this number call my mobile, and under the number it said the call was from Moscow.
