Called saying about car accident in last three years, asked if anyone else at my addreas had an accident in last three years, didnt have any personal details as to refer to and kept repeating from a script so much that almost sounded automated. Phoned me and an Indian sounding lady told me she was from BT openreach about my broadband but on the line she called I don't have internet and I have no internet with BT at all so I put the phone down, be careful I think they want your details.
