Was called by this number out of the blue saying I can sign up for Amazon Prime for £7.99 per month. I have always decried Prime activation and have in the past asked Amazon to disable Prime on my login. This has been that way for a couple of years now, but this has started again. SCAM Financial investment company that they claim I had asked to be contacted by. However they do not know my actual given name nor do they know my full name. I asked if instead of using the random name I publicly go by if they could confirm my full name and other details but could not. I’ve had several of these “investment companies” calling and fishing for details recently. All have the same “spiel” and follow the same script to their calls, with only the company name having any variations.
