Caller claims to be from Openreach Titan telling us we are going to benefit from cheaper rates. When I asked for marketing material to be sent to me instead they went into panic overload! I believe this company to be cold calling with a view to trying to get you switch provider and possibly reduce your call costs.

This number called twice yesterday and once today. Being invited each time to leave a message on my answering machine there were no messages left. On ringing it I (eventually) got a message that the Voice Mail box was full (probably people like myself trying to find out what they were up to). I had a phone call from this number on my mobile. It was a recorded message saying that the message was from HM revenue and that my name is involved with a fraud investigation. It then went on to say that I had to press 1 to find out what to do next and if I didn’t then a warrant would be issued. At this point I hung up on them.
