Electronic voice warned me that my TalkTalk internet would be disconected this evening and gave me the option to either press 1 to keep it or 2 to disconnect. Goodness knows what would have happened if I had pressed either number. I logged in to TalkTalk and of course there was no mention of a disconnection.

This number called twice yesterday and once today. Being invited each time to leave a message on my answering machine there were no messages left. On ringing it I (eventually) got a message that the Voice Mail box was full (probably people like myself trying to find out what they were up to). Called him out on it by saying will visit branch to sort out as never heard of anyone changing a sort code before...I am guessing he would have asked me to verify all those details in order to change them.
