Fraud. Used number to fraudulently obtain goods on credit using my details.
SCAM. Trying to get you to add them on Whatsapp. No good will come from doing so. Ignore, report and block.

Call from 02034589975 the call is originating in an Indian call centre and the caller asks for name, DOB and address before telling me they've located my Vodafone account (which doesn't exist and my details were entirely fictional). The call is a scam designed to illicit bank details for a new phone contract. I would urge everyone to block this number and not give them any info at all.

Monday May 8 Call from this number stating they were ringing from microsoft. This was one of a series of 6 calls starting on Friday 5th that stated they were (or were probably connected )from microsoft ! Different numbers used for each call; no messages left on answerphone. No info given or replies to caller numbers

Called at 1210hrs. Male with office sounds in background. He spoke with an Indian sub-continent accent. Said his name was Simon and was calling to make me debt free. I asked him the time where he was. He asked "Why". I said if he did not answer the question I would hang up. I hung up.
I picked up, cloud hear them talking to someone else in the background, then they hung up. Presumably cold-calling multiple numbers at the same time and someone answered just before I did.

Hello, difficult to understand caller as English wasn't good. Wanted to sell me life insurance and wanted me to answer questions. Unwilling to do so. My impression it is a scam. Got a call from this number and when i answered it the phone went dead , looks like on these scam sites who use a computer to call numbers and if you answer they keep a record and then later on call you to sell you insurance etc.
shown as "potentially fraud" on my mobile phone and recently calling every 2 weeks.

Text message left claiming to be from a child of mine, but didn’t give a name. Asked me to WhatsApp them and this was their new number, for a new phone as the old number was for the old damaged phone. It just struck me as odd so ignored and then blocked the number. I believe it was an attempt to get me to engage and was a scam.

at this point a misdial from a local number, in which case no harm done I don't use my landline except for internet connections and never answer it if it rings. If this number rings again I will block the number. If it was someone I knew they would have my mobile number and know to use it.
