As soon as I answered the person hung up

It seemed to be one of those calls about mis-selling of PPI claims but it was a person rather than an automated call. I didn't listen for long enough to find out.

it says thank you for calling O2 when you call back! Why would O2 be calling from a Southend on Sea number??

Caller said a transaction had been made on my credit/debit card for £600,said they were from my bank but gave no name,told to press one to stop it happening again.

caller said my internet provider would cut my supply in the next 24hrs as it had discovered some illegal activity if I did not push 1,2 or 3.
nCall was ignored.

Number called me, I did not answer as didn t recognise number. Left no message

If you receive these calls then complain to the Telephone Preference Service online

I have declined call a few times, now it’s on my ‘blocked’ list.

I don't know who this was calling. After answering there was a recorded message which said 'Goodbye'.

non english accented man called Jack (or Kevin, or Peter)says he is from my internet provider. Asked how my internet is running and I said perfectly he thanks me and hangs up - three calls in two days, not all have had such a polite reply from me.
