Called yesterday and asked for "Les" to which we said it was a wrong number. They called back 4 times that day. One the last call they said "has nobody spoken to you about insurance?" Then today they ve called twice but we put the phone straight down.
SCAM Recorded message claiming to be from BT. Press 1 or line will be disconnected.
Fraud - missed a call from this number and when I rang back, the person hadn't called me. A scammer is imitating the number.

Automated voice stating they where calling from HMRC and that there was a fraudulent case against me and if I did not press 1 immediately then a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested. I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors

Called saying they were my energy supplier and wanted me to renew on the telephone. They are not an energy company and are trying scare tactics with the current situation regarding the energy crisis. Ignore, delete, do not give them any of your information, do not agree to anything. They record your calls also so be careful.
