Called twice today, answered the second time and she said she was calling from the phone shop, i told her straight after, "I will save you some time, im not interested thanks" She said "thank you for you time" and hung up. Havent heard from them since.
getting at least 5 calls a day , just hanging up as soon as i answer at momment, i gather its originating in ireland or northern ireland due to dialing code. getting annoyed now...

Spoke to my father, said she was from a company that blocks his nuisance calls. He has no such service? (Is there even one other than BT called protect?) Answered the phone . Heard background noises so hit call blocker button.Don t know how but it then rang on our extension phone. I ran downstairs and again no response. I hit the call blocker unit and successful came up. I am also on TPS scheme but the call blocker has been a Godsend as this is the only call that got through this month so recommend Call blockers which block International, 200 built in known blocks and all with held numbers.What a nuisance these people are.

I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.
