Used local school names in an attempt to make me believe we had helped them with our sponsorship of some internet safety programme, offered me a £20 discount if I paid up today, bringing it to just £129!! Once you get a call like this from one scammy nob-head company, they keep calling with new numbers in the hope that you react and call them back. Don't answer, Don't call back. Its usually a premuim rate scam that either has some kind of fax machine tone, or someone claiming to be someone they're not trying to keep you on the line for as long as possible whilst running up your phone bill
