The chap normally gets very aggressive repeating to me over and over that I am owed PPI from my bank. I just kept asking the nature of the call and what the name of his company. Suddenly started getting calls from this number, sometimes twice a day. They sent me a text message saying from Mackenzie Hall and asking me to text back quoting an account number which they gave me. I ve never answered calls or text, never had a debt other than a mortgage (now paid off) and had new mobile number within last 3 months so how have they got my number and why are they bothering me!

Definitely a call centre, very loud background noise, couldn't here what caller was asking.

I have also received a few calls from this number & decided to look the number up to see who it was from. And from the comments above, i have to say i am also leaving Scottish Power & moving to Spark Energy to save money in my meter. Does anyone have any info on Spark Energy that i am moving to, thanks.
