These people are phoning me from 8.30am until late at night, asking if im me and going through security questions to verify who i am. I tell them ive already spoken to someone but i have to go through the same old crap four or five times a day. My property was repossessed in 2010, by the bank who then put touchstone in charge and they let the property through an estate agent, during this time someone they let the property too ran up a bill with Scottish power. They call and hang up - then when you call them their opening line is "Are you responding to a missed call" Not even a hello - obviously their business model requires curiosity of the caller to find out who called, then they try to trap you into getting a boiler and loft insulation that are apparently part of the greendeals fund run by the government - you can do this yourself without someone taking a cut if you really want. Just another PPI type firm.
