bogus caller, 'have you been in an accident the past 3 years...blah...blah...blah' nothing bad, just ignore it.

Tried to call the number back and it says number not recognised - has called several times since, not calling back again

Got called by this number. Just laughing on other end and then they hung up.

This number called 3 times today someone claiming to be Dave from Windows Technical. We hung up first time then my wife answered and said thank you for your concern and how kind he was for notifying her there was a problem she would take the computer into the shop. Third time I answered and he said my computer ewas at risk as it had been hacked and my life could be in danger. I answered the call and got someone on the other end breathing or sighing before hanging up...unprofessional in my opinion. Obviously to do with paypal. Got negative on my account due to idiot buyers on ebay and ebay themselves being bigger idiots.
