they called me on my mobile - which I never give out - so am so very curious there... and it looks like other sites too are confirming they are ringing re PPI. I did not answer it. maybe some day when I am bored (and on good form for an arguement) I will answer... and let you all know how it went.

SCAM - purportedly from HMRC re Tax Fraud, HMRC confirm “ HMRC is aware of an automated phone call scam which will tell you HMRC is filing a lawsuit against you, and to press 1 to speak to a caseworker to make a payment. We can confirm this is a scam and you should end the call immediately. This scam has been widely reported and often targets elderly and vulnerable people.”

I missed a call from what appeared to be a mobile 07937933921 I rang back but no one spoke but found on my next bill that I had a charge for personal numbering to ring this number back and I have mobile calls included for free normally. Beware you will pay a premium to ring this number and it isn t an 070 number!
SCAM !!!! - this number called - pretended to be BT Openreach - i advised we have been getting alot of calls from this number and to please take our number off the list. I also stated we are registered with the TPS too. This man proceeded to ask if i had a hammer and to stick it up my ass because he wants to f**k me - it is disgusting and abusive and this has affected me massively. I’ve had several calls from this number, he says his name is Chris and he is a local energy supplier, if it’s a Bournemouth number that definitely is not local, I’ve told him I’m not interested in what he has to say or sell but he still keeps calling and harassing me, I’ve just hung up this time, this number is a scam and they legally shouldn’t be able to get away with harassing people especially in their own homes.
